Periwinkle is a custom built web app for managing meetings, distributed leadership, tasks, forms, event registration, knowledge base, goals and objectives, and more at Cobscook Institute. It’s built on Bubble.

Periwinkle Events
Periwinkle Events was designed from the ground up to combine multiple features from other website builder and event registration apps, and make them easier to use and reduce having to access multiple websites for staff and end-users.
Since Periwinkle Events is built on Bubble, every page and form is live updating. This means for example when someone completes a registration, every staff member and instructor looking at a list of registrants will see the new registrant added to the list without refreshing.
The app was built with the mindset save everything and save it early. This means for example as people are registering, their information is saved as they're entering it and should survive a page refresh or needing to continue from another device. Coupled with the live aspect, it also means staff can take over an in-progress registration, see what the user is seeing and manipulate the form for them.
The app was built with authentication and privacy rules for a variety of users. This means only staff and instructors with permission can see sensitive information, and access can be revoked easily. It also means end-users can easily login without a password from any device and securely access their information, as long as they can access their email.
